Korean Summer Makeup Tutorial ♥ Beginners Bronze & Pink ♥ Girls Day Ring My Bell Hyeri Look ♥ Wengie

Hi my beautiful creatures!! Today I have a simple beginners korean kpop style summer makeup tutorial routine which was inspired by Girls Day Ring My Bell. All products are listed below!! My hair is a bit different here let me know what you think :)!!

Korean Summer Makeup Tutorial Step by Step

Apply a primer on your t zone area to hide pores and prevent oil from ruining your makeup

Oily skin – A’PIEU Magic Pore cover Balm 25g korean cosmetics

I’m using my favourite cushion foundation and applying it from my t zone areas out – I did a review of this in my June favourites video. It really helps even out the complexion.

Next using this concealer in a shade lighter than your foundation apply it in all the areas you want to highlight. For me this is my under eyes, nose brigade forehead, cupids bow and chin as well as a triangle to bring out your cheekbones. This gives you a highlighted look without the shimmer and shine. Leave the concealer on for a minute before blending if you want higher coverage which is what I’ve done here. I’m using this amazing fluffy brush to blend the edges out for an amazing finish.

Innisfree Smart Makup Up Brush

Use a cool matte brown 1-2 shades darker to do a light contour I’m apply it on the top of my nose bride from my eyebrows. Next slim your nose by applying it on the tip and then blending it down. It seriously makes your nose look thinner. Then apply this colour underneath your cheekbones for a chiselled effect and along your hairline as well for a slimmer forehead. Apply it also on the jawline. Finish off your contour by using your fluffily brush and bending out the harsh lines.

Using my dip brow pomade and a stiff angled brush draw along the top of your eyebrows extending the straightness forward. Hyeri has super straight eyebrows so that’s the look we’re going for. You can also fill in the curve of the lower part of your eyebrow for a straighter appearance.

Products to try:

Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade – Taupe

Now take a eyebrow mascara and brush the front part of your brows inward this will help hide the straight edges you drew earlier. I’m applying a lighter shade in the from so I’m creating a slight gradient brow effect. From 2/3’s of the way brush your hairs back to neaten up the rest of your brow and hold it in place.

Etude House Color My Brows #5 Blondie Brown

Eyeshadow / Eyemakeup

I’m taking this matte highlighter colour and sweeping it all over my lids for a good base.

Next take a peachy shade and apply it all over your lids.

A bronze shade on the outer third of your lids will define and contour your eyes.

Use a blending brush and gently blend the colours.

I’m using this yellow gold colour on a wet angled brush for a higher more intense colour. Apply it all the way along the lower lash line and taking it in to the inner corner for a bright look.

Urban Decay Naked2 Eyeshadow Makeup Palette

Next take a brown liner and line the lower third of your lash line and then smudging it out so that it looks soft. This will make your eyes look much bigger.

Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Definer, Rich Brown, 0.01 Fluid Ounce

Now taking a liquid liner I’m doing a slight flicked liner. Draw it out then join it to your upper lash line. Hyeri’s liner goes out straight then slightly up but it’s up to you how flicked you like it. The key though is to really to keep it thin and not too dramatic.

Finish off by curling your lashes and applying mascara to the top and the outer edge of your lower lashes.

CoverGirl LashBlast Fusion Mascara Very Black

Cheeks / Blush

Next take a pastel cool toned pink blush and apply it from your hairline inwards where your cheekbones are. The colour is stronger on the outer edge and it is slowly faded towards the middle, use the last bit of product on the apples of your cheeks.

Products to try:

Etude House {New} Lovely Cookie Blusher – #3 Raspberry Tarte

Use a cool toned fluro pink for the lips. This is going to be the pop of colour for your face so make it bright! Apply it all over you lips for a fun summer bright look!

Products to try:

Etude House Dear My Blooming Lips-talk (Pink Talk) #PK012 Tempting Pink

I’m taking a slightly darker crayon and apply it to the centre of my lips blending out for a super subtle ombre effect! This just adds a bit more fun to the lips :).

MAMONDE Creamy Tint Color Balm (#04 Let me Pink)

I hope you guys enjoyed this look :)!!
